Woman Says She’s ‘Very Single’ Because Men Are ‘Terrified’ That She’s Pretty And Smart

A woman has gone viral after opening up about her ‘very single’ status.

A woman has openly claimed she’s “very single” and believes it’s because men find her intimidating due to her attractiveness and intelligence.
Ashley, known as @ashbabank on TikTok, shared in a now-viral video that it often surprises people to find out she’s without a boyfriend.

Moreover, she revealed that not a single man is currently pursuing her romantically, and she also hinted that she hasn’t been intimate with anyone for eight months.
Ashley, who works as a fashion stylist in Texas, mentioned that her single status often catches people off guard given her profession.

Despite her striking looks, she feels that being “so pretty” has actually hindered her from finding love.

“You’ve got a very terrifying woman on your hands… a very not easy woman,” Ashley stated, attributing this to her success and natural beauty.
She further commented: “Men don’t like me. Men are very, very terrified of me.”

While Ashley acknowledged that some men are attracted to her, she described them as either unavailable or ‘ugo [ugly] weirdos’.
She continued: “Because at the end of the day, I’m merely just a fantasy. I am not a real human because of the pretty and scary.

“So yes, I’m alone. I’m very, very, very, very single.”

In the caption for the video, Ashley wrote: “Lonely life when you know your worth.”
Ashley might be single, but she’s definitely not alone in thinking that her looks, intelligence, and success have complicated her dating life.

Her TikTok has sparked a lot of comments from viewers sharing their thoughts.
One user wrote: “Convinced singles are the enlightened ones. We are the main characters living life on our own terms.”

Another shared: “Same… been told I’m intimidating my whole life. Men don’t even approach me because they think I have too many options.”
A third commented: “Yup. They idealize you, then at the end resent and hate you for everything they loved and adored about you at the beginning because you bring out all their insecurities. Still single, but happy.”

One user succinctly stated: “You said this perfectly.”
The comments section is filled with many recognizing this narrative as something all too familiar.

One person wrote: “YUP terrified. So many guys tell me they are intimidated by me,” while another user humorously remarked: “Me core. Once they find out I’m a real human with feelings… it’s all over.”
And simply put by another: “Facts.”
